[Gsoc-orga] A project to fix the Polish government data import pipeline

I am not aware of an import discussion.

I am not aware of David Skalec (or Dawid Skalec) though
many people in Polish OSM community use nicknames.

I know that some "Polish national geodata registries" were imported
and there is pipeline, for some there is something but really bad or broken.
And some are pile of garbage data not worth importing.
And some were imported more than decade ago and people who did disappeared,
and any software if existed is not recoverable.

Disclaimer: my memory for names is really poor, it is possible I forgot them

I would ask them:
- have they discussed at https://community.openstreetmap.org/c/communities/pl/40
usefulness of importing such data
- are they active in OSM community under nickname (or their name)
- are they aware of https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Import/Guidelines
- can they be more specific which Polish national geodata registries
they want to import
- how they checked their quality and whether datasets are up to date (not
all are usable for import)

I would also strongly recommend making pipeline as part of GSOC and not
making import itself part of the grant (I am doing it with ATP import
infrastructure,
to reduce conflict of interest)
