[HOT] Mali follow-up: OrbView-3 images of Anefis, Andéramboukane and Aguelhok available

Hi, Jean:

It could be then good idea to open a task for the city of Kayes and/or
Dienné with the task manager. Unfortunately, I can't open (or don't know
how to open) a task. Could anyone do that?
