[HOT] Activation Protocol!

Sorry about this "contre-temps",  Mikel forgot to consult others before taking this initiative.

We already have a wiki page about Activation where you can contribute (see http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/HOT_activation) and 

Mikel has agreed to combine his suggestions to this wiki page. 

I will be in Haiti until first week of june contributing to the Cap-Haitien project. During that period, I invite the hotties to contribute to the wiki page. 

I plan to organise an Activation WG in june.. Those of you that are interested to participate to the WG, please let me know.
