[HOT] HIU Tile Caches Maintenance Window, 2013-11-08

Good morning, everyone.

The HIU tile caches will be undergoing maintenance today briefy this
afternoon beginning at 2pm (*Friday, November 08, 2013 2PM EST*) for 1
hour.  The caches may experience degraded performance from 2pm to 3pm.  We
apologize for the inconvenience.
