[HOT] Please hold your dialog with the Chair

I absolutely encourage your discussion; in attempt to prevent more conflict
- hold any dialog you have for the Chair of Voting Members until one is
elected.

 

Just for clarification, I have not received any messages I perceive as being
premature in my election, but just wanted to make sure I do not get one.
