[HOT] Mapping Bassikounou, Mauritania - ICRC request

In this  Task Manager job descripton, there are examples give of Intermittent ponds url=http://www.bing.com/maps/?v=2&cp=kn5s43gh3j74&lvl=19&dir=0&sty=b&form=LMLTCC

If you zoom-out, it seems that all this zone is flood_prone. I think tha a polygon should be trace around all the zone with the tag flood_prone=yes, plus identify the more permanent ponds. I mapped rapidly inside Bassikounou and have mapped a few of the flood_prone areas as an example.

The film about the water well operation is interesting wit the cattles operating around the well. For Mali activation we were able to spot such wells by observing odd looking "fans" around them in the aerial imagery made by the cattles circulation.

Hi,

ICRC requested us to map an AOI (Area Of Interest) around Bassikounou, a town close to the border with Mali, for a development project about drinkable water. The approach is the same than for Walikale in DRC. To know more: http://tasks.hotosm.org/job/447

As you can see, I added a banner to make clear what the job is from, for and about. For sure HTML and wording could be improved, please make suggestions.

The map features are a bit more various than usual (eg intermittent ponds - please find a link provided by the local Watsan specialist tp have an idea how to identify them on Bing imagery - and trees).

I also added a picture and a video of Bassikounou that I found in the web, to have a better idea of what look like the streets and the outskirts.
