[HOT] multilingual hot.osm site

Hi Clara,

Thnak you again to make this happen.

How can I "merge" two blog posts written in the past as separated but
actually only in two different languages (eg nodes #205 and #206? I just
create a translation in #205, then copy/paste the text from #206, then
delete #206?
