[HOT] proof reading & checking new section of LearnOSM

I've added in 2x pull requests to expand certain sections and break them up
a bit.

I'll do a few more when I have time.

For others interested in how to do this, provided you have a github account
you can provide suggested edits with only a few clicks.

Simply view
https://github.com/hotosm/learnosm/blob/gh-pages/_posts/en/coordination/0500-10-23-tasking-manager.md#instructions-tab
; and use the 'edit' control to provide tweaks.

It's recommended that you focus on one section at a time, and provide
separate edit requests for each one - not all of your changes may be
suitable; so doing "one big edit" is less likely to get included compared
to 3-4 small edits (where 3/4 might be OK)

Be sure to preview your changes.
