[HOT] Ebola Outbreak UNMEER Routing : Data Collection

I don't know anything about the tools, but I'm good at documentation and 
this seems to be a chance for me to learn. If there is a formal LearnOSM 
project, how do I join and what E-mail lists should I sign up for?
