[Imports] Ask for import Belsk Duzy address data

I am inhabitant community Belsk Duzy, district Grojec, province Mazowieckie.
I see that this community is in list of communities which have signed
agreement with GUGiK to maintaining records of EMUiA.
Therefore I would like to ask for import address data of Belsk Duzy.
