[Imports] Import of bus stops for Wallonia, Belgium

Since it was the intent of this transport company to open their data under
a free license, I'm in the process of asking them to give Openstreetmap
explicit permission to redistribute their data under ODBL, which should
clear that hurdle. I wasn't aware it's just a matter of time before
CC-BY-SA becomes compatible with ODBL.

That conversation is conducted in French, of course, since that is what
people speak in the southern part of Belgium. If they are favourable to the
idea, where do I document/upload this permission?

Anyway I'm a technical guy. I did my part by clearing the path,performing
the conversion of the data so it becomes suitable for import into OSM.

I'll keep you informed how the talks with our contact progress.

So do you see other problems with the import?
