[Imports] Question about import from user visa-import

the import certainly sounds defective, i don't recall it being discussed
but i might have slept through it.

it may be possible to get someone to revert the changesets if very few edits
have been done since the import was done. and you should definitely take the
lack of quality control up with the importer directly.
