Hi Richard,

We opened a request of information to the publisher, which was answered
today:

*The question*: Hi, I made a request for information about license usage
data available in the city hall site - the protocol number is 8967. We want
to import these data to the OpenStreetMap website, and for that we need
further clarification. We need to know if it is sufficient to state that
there are PMSP data in OpenStreetMap at this page:
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Attribution This is what the
OpenStreetMap can offer in terms of credit source. We can proceed with the
import?

*The (very short) answer was*: It is necessary to explain to the public
which data originated from PMSP, as well its date for import.

As you can see they didn't responded exactly what we asked, but it seems
sufficient to me to give attribution at the wiki and copyright page.

Vitor
