[Imports] Ottawa Bike Parking Import

Clark,

You can definitely use this data for automated importing (provided this
list approves). In fact, because I love data and bike parking, I have
converted your spreadsheet into a .OSM file for easy JOSM importing. Here's
what I did:

1. Split the coordinates column in Excel into two columns, lat and long
2. Fixed the columns names and contents to be compatible with OSM
structures (e.g. you put the key in the first row (heading) and the values
in the subsequent rows)
3. Export to CSV
4. Use ogr2ogr to convert the CSV to SHP. See -
http://gis.stackexchange.com/questions/327/how-can-i-convert-an-excel-file-with-x-y-columns-to-a-shapefile
5. Use ogr2osm to convert the SHP to OSM
6. Verify the tagging in JOSM - fix shapefile field name truncation
7. Validate
8. Save
9. Write this email

This data will look great on the map! I took a screenshot of how it fits
spatially over OSM (via ArcMap) which is attached. Pardon the lame
symbology.

Attached is the OSM file, and all the intermediary files I created.
