You've asked Edward to stop after he made one import, covering one
category of objects, wholly in Birmingham (the first of many such sets
wholly in Birmingham).

The Birmingham mapping community overwhelmingly support his action.

Local buy-in has been obtained and confirmed.

If anyone is ignoring that guideline, it is you.
