[Imports] How to handle a list of POIs?

Patrick sent this directly to me instead of list:

"Right now, one hundred. However, I intend to collect some more hundreds in
the next weeks."

If it's in CSV format, it probably needs to be converted to a format that
JOSM can understand such as geojson or another compatible format
