[Imports] Import of municipal trees of Grenoble, France

Hello,

I just want to inform you that I'm going to import all municipal trees of
Grenoble.

The data are under ODbL and coming from the open data portal of the city:
http://data.metropolegrenoble.fr/

24k new trees will be created from scratch and 6k existing trees will be
updated (with genus/species and start_date attributes).
