[Imports] Import of municipal trees of Grenoble, France

Just to inform that the import has been done: 23302 trees have been created
and 7435 have been updated.

Everything went well apart from the fact that I was faked by JOSM on
upload: he did not keep my tags for changeset. In fact it has well
preserved the tag "source" (the principal) but not the additional tags as
source:date or source:website. We agree that there is no way to add them
once the changeset has been closed?
