[Imports] Import of municipal trees of Grenoble, France

Thanks for imforming us, Vincent. Great job!

I looked into your github code, it is quite interesting. I've got two questions:

* Why were some trees from an external data source located inside OSM buildings?
* Why did you use "building:height" for building imports, and not just "height"?
