[Imports] Proposed Import Process for Import of GTFS Data for STL Operator

Hi Arthur,

That's wonderful. The reason I proposed to make a screencast, is because I
think you'll find JOSM's PT_Assistant to be a great help for adding those
ways to the route relations and even to add those stop_position nodes near
the start and end stops (it will split ways automatically where needed).
