Yes this is it : check history, compare with source:date (from SAU). If 
not sure, add a fixme. I take the note about adding a comment to the 
original mapper, maybe only if he is active in the area or if he or she 
has done a lot of contribution ? Else there is a lot of tourists so not 
very confident they might answer.
