[Imports] Import of SAU data - French Polynesia

This looks good to me, I can't see any issues. Thanks for checking off all
the formal requirements to do an import! The fact that you're importing
manually should alleviate any issue with duplicates.

What's your plan when OSM and your dataset conflict? I've found it can be
helpful to check the history of the OSM object, the age it was last
modified, as well as leaving changeset comments to see if the original
mapper has anything to add in that case.
