Hi Miguel,
We need some time on talk-es to properly review and discuss the
different projects, one at a time. After a period of at least some days,
when the Spanish community is happy about the signed letter and waiver,
the documentation on the wiki, and the quality of the source data for a
particular project (better if we don't have to review all of them at
once), then we should bring it to imports for the final review before
start adding IET's data into OSM.
Of course, if anyone from imports wants to review now the signed letter
and waiver and raise any concern or say that those seem OK, please do.
The documentation on the wiki should have all the steps, including how
the import is going to be done, the instructions for the people that
want to participate in the process, how to deal with data conflaction,
the tools to use (like task manager), etc.
So the next steps would be to choose one dataset, create a page on the
wiki for that project with all required information about it, and
request feedback from talk-es to improve it.
Let me know in private if I can help you with the next steps.
Regarding Import/Catalogue and adding IET to Contributors: I would wait
until just before we start adding some data from IET.
Best,
Santiago Crespo
