[Imports] Import of fire hydrants in Gangelt (Germany, NRW)

Hello,

Is it OK to start the import process?

I slightly changed the data to import based on community feedback, e.g., the tag "pressure=yes" is dropped (redundant for underground hydrants in germany).

Best Regards,
Michael
