[Imports] Conflation of London Cycle Infrastructure Database

I apologise if the answer to this is in the online information and I've 
missed it, but what tag (if any) will you be using for the TfLCID ref 
(RWG...)? I've been using ref:GB:tflcid for ones which I have matched 
with Bing and Mapillary data, but will happily change the key if it 
helps the project.
