All of this was possible before, but it wasn't very user-friendly. I add  
"change resolution" and "download visible tiles" to the context menu. I  
also made, that the new layer is always created (it changed resolution  
before), when clicking to items in WMS menu. Now I will try to do  
something about the YAHOOGrabber.
