Hmm, before I forget it: Nice work :-)

A question. Could we integrate the slipply map layer into the wmsplugin? 
the slippy map plugin has some design issues and problems, whereas the WMS 
stuff continously improves. Would it be possible to add another loader to 
WMS plugin, so the slippy map is handled as well (and especially using 
different zoom level like WMS)?
