I think the jury's still out on that.
"You must keep intact all copyright notices for the Work and give the
Original Author credit reasonable to the medium or means You are

That requires you to give credit to the Original Author (the
contributor, not OSM), and expressly states that you must convey
his/her name. Crediting OSM alone doesn't do that.
"Reasonable" might allow you to reduce the size and/or wording of the
credit, but there's no express provision here to omit it altogether.
