Yes. Sorry. (Although advocates of transferring certain rights to an  
OSM foundation would not be against that foundation selling data  
under non-SA licenses provided it benefits the project. That could  
also be a way into a legally less murky future: "Accept the somewhat  
murky CC-BY-SA and risk being sued, or pay money and we absolve you  
from that license". Hm. Could become a veritable business model...  
still I prefer giving stuff away for free.)
