[MapRoulette] dev switch

Hi all,


I switched off the MapRoulette dev server, and pointed the DNS to the new instance. If you want to use it right away, point your curl / browser / software to 23.92.18.206.


If I don’t see any unintended side effects, I will delete the server image a week from now.


I have a pg_dump backup of the database.
