[OSM-newbies] SpeedLimits and traffic lights

Hi, I've just started trying to put more detail around my home town of
Eastleigh, As there was only some main roads.
I thought it would be useful to tag things like speed limits and the
location of traffic lights. 2 things that my Tom tom gps doesn't do,
which I think would (eventually) make routing etc much better.

However there appears not to be a 'standard' for stuch things
at the moment I've used
SpeedLimit  = 30
and
Junction = Traffic Lights

But I'd be keen to fit in with any scheme that already exists.

I'm still getting to grips with Josm etc so appologies if Eastleigh
takes a while to get right. ;-)
