Yes they dont work. Even though StorageDepot imply they do. Every time the device is switched on it gives you a "format device?" message, you format it and then (apparently) it works fine untill you switch off and on the NaviGPS at which point it demand you format it.

When I asked the same question elsewhere they suggested two workarounds:-
1) format the card each time and remember to take the data off before you restart the gps and have to reformat.
2) use the card for your camera and use the NaviGPS's internal storage which is good for maybe 2 hours of 1 second logging.

I went for option 2
