[OSM-newbies] need an editing tool

Select the way, to highlight all the nodes in the way. Select the node
at the end of the curved portion, and cut the way there. Select the
node at the other end of the curve, and cut the way there as well.
Once again click on the curved section to select it. Voila... you've
selected only the desired area of the way.
