[OSM-newbies] JOSM statup parameters in windows

Ok, i'm not new to OSM, but i'm new to JOSM... and my brain can't figure out this really simple simple problem.


I'm using Vista and i'd like to give JOSM more memory for an import file that i'd like to load. I know that I need to add the -Xmx256M startup parameter (or even more than 256)... but how to do this in windows?

I've tried loading JOSM from the command prompt with -Xmx256M and /Xmx256M... neither work. Ideas?
