[OSM-newbies] Splitting streets into one ways--too much?

  Separating residential streets which are separated by a median into 2 
one-way lanes is correct because it allows routers to model the physical 
world.   In other words, they won't give instructions to "turn left now" 
across a median.  You have to remember to add actual turning lanes where 
they exist to tell routers where a turn is allowed.
