[OSM-newbies] Where to start development using OSM

This is not really a question for the newbies list, but that's not a big
deal. You will probably find more response on talk and on maybe the dev
mailing lists though.

For developing on Android, I would love to see further development of
Vespucci:

Jan Schejbal has made some major improvements to it for GSoC, but the
summer is coming to an end...

What the editor still lacks sorely is support for relations.
