[OSM-newbies] How Do I Handle Outdated Data?

If the node isn't significant, then I just delete it. But something
historical I mark it as such. For example the original Red Robbin
restaurant recently closed, so the building is marked accordingly. Since
its on great real estate, it probably won't remain vacant long.
