Swag.

Give-away stuff like pamphlets, flyouts and posters. Maybe even a 
service like Ubuntu Shipit: if you don't have big printers, OSMF will 
send you a set of 20 poster-sized maps (or whatever - you get the idea).

Plus the usual swag: stickers, pens, buttons, and the like. Being 
involved in the SotM10 makes me worry about that kind of stuff.
