[Osmf-talk] OSMF board elections - slight repost

Hello again,

Yesterday I posted
http://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/osmf-talk/2011-August/001186.html

asking for some basic stuff on what an OSMF director is expected to do:
how often the meetings are, where/how they take place, etc. etc.

Nominations close in a few hours and there's not yet any answer on this. A
"board manual" or similar would be a great thing to get in place for next
year. But right now, for the benefit of those still considering whether to
stand, it would be good to let them know what they'd be letting themselves
in for, right?
