[Osmf-talk] OSM Foundation sign-up at SotM 2013

On the subject of joining the foundation at SotM, is it possible to 
offer a discounted membership to those with a significant number of 
edits?  Either during the conference or at any time?

I joined the foundation to support it but really OSM's true members are 
those who edit it not those who pay money, going forwards I'd like to 
see more meritocracy in membership and rewards based on edits.
