The 30 day was just a arbitrary number to have something there. We could
also say that only people can vote on an AGM or EGM when they are member at
the moment of announcing the GM.
First question is: do we want to have a mechanism that prevents a possible
"buying votes" or "hijacking elections".
If that is a yes, then the second question is: what mechanism do you want.
