in several ngos i am in, we have two member types: "regular" and
"waiting"
regular members have all the rigths
one can become regular member after waiting period (in one ngo it's
6months, in another 2 years)
waiting members do not have some rights (voting rights, keys from our
hackerspace, eligibility for some funds, ...)
i assume waiting members would not have to be disclosed due to comapnies
act.
