And in the current discussion there was also the argument that "board 
members have a benefit in votings" (which I also think). So why did they 
have a problem with a complete step down of the board?
For me ist seems that some board members are sticking to their board 
chairs. Why? The moast of the important work is done in the WGs, this is 
not affected by a tem limit. And nobody says that "good board members" 
should not stay in the WGs as a "ordinary member"...
To prevent against sticking on chairs a time limit is an appropriate 
measure.

So for me this is no argument against a term limit, quite the contrary 
it is an argument for term limits. => vote YES for the proposel raised 
by Simon.
