It's worth remembering that this started off as a discussion of the AGM 
and elections and then the question of diversity quotas for the board 
was raised. These, being OSMF matters, are entirely suited for the OSMF 
members list.

It's only later that it turned into a discussion about diversity in OSM 
as opposed to diversity in the OSMF.
