Sigh. Hence the earlier point of not naming and shaming, it's this precise wording and confrontational attitude that stops people from wanting to contribute. The point of this is that we need to change how we communicate and not single people out/call them out. Placing people in positions of needing to prove sexism in the court of public/forum opinion is wrong, both for the accused and the accuser.
I've seen sexism at conferences and didn't say anything, but that isn't good enough for myself or the wider community. This is something experienced by others within our community and something we should all seek to eradicate, regardless of having experienced it or not.
