But as far as I understand it the register of associate members is
visible to other OSMF members¹. Of course the names could still be kept 
confidential and only OSM usernames would be published. However, as you 
suggested, the private information will always be visible to the board since 
none of the offered payment methods is anonymous.

I'm not sure if that statement had been expressed in that way. Still,
there might be a problem fullfilling what the wiki¹ states as the AoA² 
wants you to state name and address if you vote, I think. So there's
something wrong with that, isn't it?
