The facts, there have been exactly two cases in which an incumbent have
not been re-elected:

- one 9 years ago when the initial board stepped down after a year and
all seats were vacant
- one 8 years ago when 80n was not re-elected

The first is naturally not really comparable to normal elections, so
there is exactly one case you can base your scepticism on vs 15 in which
the incumbents did get re-elected.
