Similar case in the Africa/Sub-Sahara region, it's close to midnight during
the OSMF Monthly meeting, but of late, i have only missed two consecutive
monthly meetings in the last two months, have been listening in on a couple
before missing those two.

Nice efforts by Dorothea and the OSMF to share minutes for members to catch
up. I wouldn't complain for the lack of presence from other African OSMF
members, since the timezone (among other factors) could be the reason.

These scenarios are very common especially among volunteer on-line
communities/projects.
