Point taken.  That said, nevertheless if OSM is not paying its directors
(which it is not, so far as I can tell), they are volunteers, even if
all OSM-related expenses are covered by the employer.  Further, the
board members have a fiduciary responsibility to OSMF, which is why
resolving conflicts of interest with employers is important.  I will
fall silent now and return to unpacking moving boxes.
