The most important part is a success - claim that ODBL attribution requirements (noticeable by all)
are waived on mobile is now gone.
It is still problematic in parts (for example it would allow permanent logo of hosting company
while OSM attribution would disappear quickly) but it is a significant improvement over
previous version.
